Excellent service is paramount in everything we do within Moon Eleven. In the unlikely event that you have a complaint about a product or our service, we will do everything we can to resolve it. We request that you report your complaint to us as soon as possible.

You can do this by contacting us. Describe the complaint as clearly as possible and, if applicable, state the order number and date of purchase.
